1Payment Terms
A minimum advance of 30% of the total trip cost is required at the time of booking to confirm your reservation.
The remaining balance (70%) must be paid at least 15 days before the trip start date.
Payments can be made via bank transfer, UPI, or any other mode communicated by PravasGo at the time of booking.
A booking is considered confirmed only after receipt of the advance payment and a confirmation message from PravasGo.

In the case of unforeseen weather conditions or government restrictions, certain activities may be canceled. In such cases, the operator will try their best to provide an alternate feasible activity. However, no refund will be provided for the same.
3Booking Terms
- •All tour itineraries are subject to change due to weather, road conditions, or government directives without prior notice.
- •PravasGo reserves the right to alter, amend, or cancel any tour due to circumstances beyond our control.
- •Hotel check-in is usually at 12:00 PM and check-out at 10:00 AM unless specified otherwise.
- •Any additional expenses incurred due to reasons beyond our control (natural disasters, political unrest, flight cancellations, etc.) shall be borne by the traveler.
- •Travelers are advised to carry valid photo ID (Aadhaar, Passport, Voter ID) during the trip.
4Limitation of Liability
- •PravasGo acts as a facilitator between travelers and service providers (hotels, transport, guides). We are not liable for any injury, loss, damage, or delay caused by third-party service providers.
- •We are not responsible for loss of personal belongings, baggage, or valuables during the trip.
- •Travel insurance is recommended but not included in our packages unless explicitly mentioned.
