30+ Days Before
50% of the trip cost will be charged as cancellation fees
15–30 Days Before
75% of the trip cost will be charged as cancellation fees
0–15 Days Before
100% of the trip cost will be charged — no refund
Detailed Cancellation Terms
1. Cancellation by Traveler
- aIf cancellations are made 30 days or more before the start date of the trip, 50% of the trip cost will be charged as cancellation fees.
- bIf cancellations are made 15–30 days before the start date of the trip, 75% of the trip cost will be charged as cancellation fees.
- cIf cancellations are made within 0–15 days before the start date of the trip, 100% of the trip cost will be charged as cancellation fees.
2. Force Majeure / Unforeseen Circumstances
In the case of unforeseen weather conditions or government restrictions, certain activities may be canceled. In such cases, the operator will try their best to provide an alternate feasible activity. However, no refund will be provided for the same.
3. How to Request a Cancellation

Cancellation requests must be made in writing (email or WhatsApp message). The cancellation date will be considered as the date on which the request is received by PravasGo.
4. Refund Processing
Applicable refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days from the date of cancellation approval. Refunds will be credited to the original payment method used during booking.
5. Modification / Rescheduling
Trip modifications or rescheduling requests are subject to availability and may incur additional charges. Please contact us at least 15 days before the trip start date for any modifications.
